At Those Who Fly Free, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:

Returns & Refunds

✅ Returns Within 30 Days – You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, as long as:

• The item has not been worn (besides trying it on).
• The original tags are still attached.
• The item is in new, sellable condition.

✅ Returns After 30 Days – If more than 30 days have passed, you can still return your item for store credit in the full amount of your purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at Support@thosewhoflyfree.com with your order details.
2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or store credit accordingly.

Additional Notes

• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed within 1 business day after receiving your return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
